The BPA861X series are particularly suitable for auxiliary power supply of household appliances, especially for refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines and kitchen ventilators. They are integrated with 700V high voltage power MOSFET, high voltage startup and self-bias power supply and current sampling circuit. The highly integrated and optimized control technology can greatly reduce the number of peripheral devices and save the system cost and volume.
