S713xS/S7134C is off-line PWM Controller with integrated power BJT. It uses primary-side control technology to eliminate the opto-isolate feedback and secondary regulation circuits. The accurate secondary constant-current operation is achieved without additional components and the output current can be adjusted by change of CS resister. It also integrates various protections such as output short circuit, VCC OVP,OTP. This application can be used for 5W~12W high cost-effective AC/DC chargers and adaptors.
